I'm a retired ship's captain and business owner. My company taught human factors and assisted companies to change their safety and business culture. I had prostate cancer, caught early, in November 2018, I'm still wishing to help the NHS improve its safety culture and this way, via being a PSP, is how I'm trying to do it
