About me
I have been part of DHC Trust Patient Safety Team since 2021. Initially as a serious Incident investigator then as a Patient Safety Senior Clinical advisor and now as a Learning and Review partner. I am involved in the implementation of PSIRF for the organisation which is presenting as a significant challenge. I have joined this hub as an opportunity to share my experiences and hopefully to gain understanding f other colleagues experiences during this process. I am hoping that this group will offer advice and support and that in exchange I could give the same.
