About me
Investigations Manager in ambulance service since 2016 - Paramedic by 'trade', PSM since 2020.
The need to engage with other Patient Safety practitioners, see what works and what doesn't, and what processes were effective for those already transitioned over to PSIRF.
To be able to access support from a group of similar minded members - utilise the cumulative "hive" knowledge and experience - and to contribute / support others wherever possible in return.
