I joined the Governance Support Unit as a Quality Governance Business Partner in the Women and Children Division, following my role as a dedicated Patient Safety Partner Volunteer. With a strong background in healthcare quality and patient safety, I previously served as a Quality and Patient Safety Manager, where I was committed to ensuring the highest standards of care and well-being for patients. As a volunteer, I continued to advocate for and contribute to the improvement of healthcare systems, striving to make a positive impact on the safety and quality of patient care. My passion for patient safety and my professional experience have uniquely positioned me to promote and support the well-being of individuals in healthcare settings.
