I am a Patient Safety Manager for Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, which is a provider of specialist mental health, learning disability and neurodiversity services. Prior to this I worked as a serious incident investigator within the ambulance sector. I'm here because I strongly believe that collaboration with the wider NHS is paramount to ensuring that patient safety and patient experience continuously improves.
