About me
I am the director of clinical services at an independent hospital in north west london. I have been a nurse for over 40 years which I am extremely proud. However we still have incidents that effect our patients. When an incident happens this also has an effect on our team members. No one purposefully wants to deliver poor care. ( except for recent media stories). If we can work in a way that is more joined up I want to be part of that
