About me
Hi I am Maria and I'm a scientist and Clinical Governance Lead for Wiltshire Health and care. Since last autumn i Have done a deep dive' into PSIRF and currently leading the organisation's PSIRF implementation. I'm particularly interested in applying SEIPS and perform an analytical review in every patient safety event for learning and finally transforming the vicious circle' of repeating ourselves and move out of the traditional RCA's and see the biggest picture into what is going on and not who did it.
