About me
Over 10 years' experience in urgent and emergency care, in a variety of non-clinical roles including non-emergency signposting and triage, emergency triage and dispatch, training and coaching, system development, quality improvement, line management and more.

Recent experience as a Specialist Investigations Officer with NWAS, through which I led on investigations into high risk patient safety incidents/events, specialising in Emergency Operations. Now in the role of Patient Safety Officer - a new role dedicated to the promotion of safety culture and delivery of safety learning across the organisation.
