About me
I am very interested in patient safety. I have spent over 5 years being responsible for the local risk management system at an Acute NHS Trust and being heavily involved with the Trust's transition to PSIRF and reporting to LFPSE. I think that PSIRF gives the opportunity for the NHS to transform the way we learn from patient safety incidents. I enjoy the opportunity to connect with colleagues in other organisations to share learning.
I am currently working for a private mental health provider to roll out an LFPSE compliant incident reporting system.
