About me
I was the governance lead for St Michaels Hospital in Bristol for nearly 5 years, leading on CNST and our response to Ockenden. I am now working as an expert patient safety investigator in a new team in the Trust Insight Team as part of the Trusts response to PSIRF. I am fascinated by the challenges of 'work as done as opposed to work as imagined', the work arounds that we undertake and why. Investigating when things do not go as planned.
I hope to be able to share my experiences to support others and learn form others to support myself in my learning journey.
