About me
I am currently on secondment into the Patient Safety Team having worked in Assurance and Compliance for the same Trust and was in Internal Audit before that. There has been a lot of change in the Patient Safety Team and myself and a new Patient Safety Matron are heading up the department and learning all things Patient Safety together. I saw your session at the Patient Safety Congress in Sep 22 and knew immediately I needed to join!
