About me
Improvement Facilitator with Patient Safety and Improvement Team . Currently in the process of transitioning from Transformation Team to a Patient Safety and Improvement model as an outcome of PSIRF and PSIRP. I am involved in the roll out across the organisation, building key stakeholders, teaching the framework, developing processes and providing platforms for learning and improvement following events/investigations. I have been with Northumbria since March 2001 when I began my NHS career as a Secretary within A&E. I moved to Patient Experience in 2013, where I studied Service Improvement and gained BSc Health and Social Care Leadership through Northumbria University. In 2016 I put this knowledge into practice by joining the 'then' Transformation Team. Quality Improvement and Patient Safety is my passion.
