About me
I have a real interest in patient safety and reducing health inequalities for all.
I have worked in various NHS, local authority and charitable roles, all with a strong focus on quality improvement.
In my previous position I was a Serious Incident Coordinator and Investigating Officer for a mental health trust and I am currently the Risk & Quality Facilitator for my local acute NHS trust.
