16 years high level of experience as a paediatric, neonatal and women's health clinical pharmacist and independent prescriber (17 years as a clinical pharmacist). PICU and NICU trained. Lead, manager and passionate clinical pharmacist in improving the safe and effective use of medicines for patients and their carers. Over a decade of working in tertiary NHS Trusts in the UK. Also experience working in district general hospitals and community pharmacy. Trained in Medicines Management, Medicines Information (UKMi trained) and electronic prescribing systems (EPIC, PICS and Lorenzo). GCP trained and experienced in managing paediatric and neonatal TPN. Also trained in investigating and reporting on serious medication related incidents using root cause analysis (RCA) tools, PSIRF & quality improvement (QI) trained.
