About me
Expecting care that is in its broadest sense, at the level I would want for me and my family is a principle I have held throughout my career working in the NHS, Independent Sector and regulation. Understanding why things go wrong and how organisations and individuals respond to patients and their loved ones and investigate and embed safety improvements is a passion. In my current role as Director of Regulation with the Independent Healthcare Providers Network means I get the opportunity to engage with members across primary, secondary, community and diagnostic health, share information, learning and generate discussion to 'turn the dial' on safety and work with key partner organisations so that we think about the health system in its entirety. The hub will support this work.
