About me
As a senior registered nurse working in an acute hospital trust. My current role in the Clinical Governance team allows me to provide active patient safety support to the organisation by reviewing incidents of concern and actioning alerts with regards to the 'next step'. My aim in joining the Hub is to share information and to gain a wider insight into the processes of reviewing incidents and providing recommendations for actions to mitigate a reoccurrence of the incident.
