About me
I have been nursing for 36 years in a variety of roles including Ward Manager and Practice Educator. I am currently working in a Patient Safety team with a focus on Medication Safety, especially TTOs. I also work alongside the Medication Safety pharmacy team also. I have an interest in all things relating to patient safety and a passion to improve patient care and outcomes.
