The Clinical Human Factors Group was established in 2007 by Martin Bromiley following the death of his wife, Elaine, as a direct result of medical errors during an attempted routine operation. Since its inception, CHFG has worked with clinicians, managers, policy makers, service users and Human Factors and Ergonomics experts from healthcare and other industries, campaigning for greater awareness of human factors, and having this understanding being at the heart of decision making. 18 years on, the Charity is still going strong and is embarking on designing its strategy for the next three years and the Trustees would love to hear your thoughts, ideas and challenges for us to consider at our next meeting on the 6 March 2025. Help us shape our future goals by completing a short questionnaire. Your voice matters—please take a few minutes to share your thoughts!
