About me
I have 30 years experience as a nurse and a midwife. I have an MSc in Health, and a second MSc in Quality and Safety in Healthcare. I have a PhD fellowship with sponsorship from The Healthcare Improvement Studies (THIS) Institute. I am researching Visual Management tools for the organisation of teams in healthcare, taking a patient and staff safety perspective. I am also a part time midwifery lecturer at the University of Leicester.
