I am genuinely sorry that you've experienced this kind of behaviour. Thank you so much for sharing and thank you for all the kindness you've shown your residents. You've done the right thing in speaking up, and I hope you consider the links Helen shared to escalate this to our regulators. This level of care will never be acceptable and does need further investigation to ensure our residents get safe quality healthcare.
