About me
I am a parent/carer of an adult child (20 years old) sadly lost to suicide while in the care of specialist mental health services. I have worked with our local Trust to develop suicide prevention training, improve patient safety, identification and management of risk and to improve the quality and learning from investigations. I would like to share experiences and learn further from the hub.
