My name is Mike and I live in Manchester. I live with two long term conditions myself: adductor dysphonia, which affects my voice, and parosmia, which distorts my sense of smell. It took me four to five years to get an actual diagnosis, and I wish I had had something to track my symptoms much earlier.
What I built is called https://taluvu.co.uk/. It is for people living with a long term chronic or invisible condition, and it does two things. It records how the days actually go, in about a minute a day: symptoms, medications and journal entries. Then it turns that record into a plain summary a person can take to an appointment, so they are not trying to remember eight weeks of symptoms in a ten minute slot. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose anything and it gives no advice. Everything a person writes stays on their own phone.
