About me
I am a behaviour advisor at a community learning disability service within the NHS. I work with adults presenting severe challenging behaviour. Complex behaviour assessments, risk management, patient safety, reducing restrictive practices & improving quality of life are the main focus of my work currently. I completed my MSc a few years ago, now I would like to progress my career into a patient safety focus role.
