Currently I work in the PALS office as Patient Experience Officer. I have a medical background (a doctor) and have worked as a Quality Assurance Manager in my previous job. I love to research about patient experience and safety and read about new interventions that can improve the service and eventually treatment outcome. I believe I can learn a lot here.
