Trevor Stevens daughter, Tobi, took her own life in December 2020 whilst in the care of the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. Trevor recently attended the HSJ Patient Safety Congress. In this blog, he reflects on his experience at the Congress.
