WHO's Global Knowledge Sharing Platform for Patient Safety

Summary

The World Health Organization (WHO) launched the Global Knowledge Sharing Platform for Patient Safety (GKPS) at the World Patient Safety Day 2023 Global Conference on 13 September 2023.

GKPS is an online and public platform to facilitate systematic collection and sharing of patient safety knowledge by stakeholders in different geographic regions, economics and cultural settings.

It promotes the sharing of best practices related to the theme of each World Patient Safety Day for implementing and learning, as well as sharing of experience in enhancing patient safety.
