Summary

Servant leadership is a leadership philosophy in which the primary goal of the leader is to serve others—especially their team, organization, or community. It prioritises the support, development, and well-being of followers, promoting trust and collaboration within healthcare teams. This study explored how healthcare managers’ servant leadership behaviours contribute to nurturing an organisational culture that boosts patient safety performance in public healthcare settings.
