Summary

This report, produced by NHS Resolution in collaboration with the Social Partnership Forum and NHS England amongst others, reveals the higher-than-average risk of experiencing workplace violence for those working within the NHS.

To protect our staff and clinicians, who together represent one of the most valuable assets of the NHS, and to ensure that we are able to continue providing high quality, safe care for patients, every effort must be made to prevent and reduce workplace violence.
