Samantha Laws, a PhD student at Cardiff University, is conducting a study about the safety of non-conveyance.

Non-conveyance is when ambulance crews attend patients when they call 999, but it is decided that they don’t need to go to the Emergency Department. She is hoping to understand more about how the process happens in clinical practice to make improvements to the ambulance service and safety for patients.

If you are a clinician on an ambulance, a patient or a carer with experience of non-conveyance in the last year, Samantha would like to invite you for an interview.
