World Menopause Day is observed annually on 18 October, aiming to raise awareness about menopause and improve the health and well-being of women experiencing this transition.

We hear and read often that women are not getting the support and treatment they need. We'd like to hear your experiences.

Share your experiences

  • What support have you been offered for your menopause symptoms?
  • Did you have to go private to get the support you needed?
  • Have you had a positive experience with your GP you could share?
  • Have you had difficulties getting HRT that works for you?

To help us understand how these issues impact the lives of patients and families, please share your experience and insights by commenting below or you can email us at [email protected].
