This one day masterclass, Mr Perbinder Grewal, General & Vascular Surgeon and Human Factors Trainer, will focus on teams working effectively and productively through improving the culture within healthcare organisations. There will be a focus on how safety and culture is perceived by healthcare staff and how culture relates to QI and audit.
