The Integrated Care Delivery Forum is designed to highlight challenges and opportunities in health and care system reform through compelling debate and networking. The Forum is a unique platform to discover best practices and discuss new system transformation models and meet colleagues from across the health and care sector. 

With the 10-Year Plan published, the Integrated Care Delivery Forum presents a unique opportunity to discuss and debate the plan, outlining a potential route to delivering its ambitions.
