PSIRF in Practice series - webinar 1

In February NHS England will be starting a new series of PSIRF webinars. Like their last series, this will focus on sharing the experience and insight from those working on and informing the work we do across our systems to embed PSIRF. The first webinar will include:

• A national update
• Information relating to ‘hot topics’, including how PSIRF links to claims and coronial processes
• Top tips for reviewing patient safety incident response plans
• A PSIRF and improvement journey from colleagues at The Dudley NHS Foundation Group
