Last year the report “I love the NHS, but ..." made a powerful case for the urgent need to improve communication within the NHS. One of the report's conclusions was that good communication should not be seen as a ‘nice to have’, but as fundamental to the functioning of the NHS.
The Patients Association worked with the think tank Demos and the PMA on the report and are delighted that Demos' Director of Participatory Programmes Miriam Levin will be on this panel to discuss how critical communications is in the provision of healthcare. She'll be joined by patient Rajendra Patel and Patient Association's Chief Executive Rachel Power will chair the webinar.
