This programme will focus on the perspectives of patients, paying tribute to those who have experienced avoidable harm from unsafe care. The goal is to raise awareness about the significance of patient engagement in improving healthcare safety and to provide a platform for stakeholders to collaborate, share experiences, and discuss effective strategies for patient engagement in patient safety.
