This one-day training from the Improvement Academy will offer individuals and teams an opportunity to work through the stages of planning an improvement project. The content is intentionally highly practical with the aim of preparing you to engage in an improvement project when you return to your organisation. This course is supported by a number of actual and planned courses which either provide more detail about aspects of the basic silver for Quality Improvement, e.g. ‘understanding variation’, or complement it e.g. ‘achieving behaviour change’.
