The first ever World Health Organization (WHO) Global Report on Patient Safety will provide a comprehensive overview of patient safety measures globally, aligned with the Global Patient Safety Action Plan 2021–2030. It will include detailed analyses and summaries that highlight the burden of unsafe care and the strategies different countries are using to improve safety in health care.
