Patient Safety Conference

Following on from the first World Patient Safety Day, The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital are holding a Patient Safety Conference.

The day will include the following topics:

• A patient's story of harm
• How we involve and listen to patient feedback and learn.
• Staff story - how it feels to be involved in an incident.
• No staff blame / just culture.
• Human factors.
• NHSi patient safety strategy.
• ROH quality improvements (celebration and good news).
