    This winter the Patients Association is bringing patients, carers and healthcare professionals together to talk about patient partnership.
    It will look at some great examples of shared decision making, take a look at how the new Integrated Care Systems in England are working with patients and local communities, and we’ll showcase some of the great work we’ve done with our partners that has given patients and carers the opportunity to engage with the health and social care system.
    Special guest:
    As part of the week, Dr Henrietta Hughes, Patient Safety Commissioner for England, will be in conversation with our Chief Executive, Rachel Power on Wednesday November 30th.

    This session hosted by the Advancing Quality Alliance (Aqua) aims to help Senior Leaders in the NHS understand the what, why and how of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) and what it means in terms of responsibilities, assurance, and review of investigation outcomes (moving from blame towards learning and improvement).
