The Patients Association: A&E waiting times survey

Summary

At the end of last year, the NHS launched major new proposals for changing how it measures the performance of Accident and Emergency departments. These could replace the current four hour target.

The Patients Association now want to hear your views on these proposals. What you say will determine their official response to them.

You can let the Patients Association know what you think by taking their survey, which will give you key details about the proposals as you go. It should take between 10 and 15 minutes to complete.

You can read the full proposals online, and you can also give your views direct to NHS England and Improvement in their online survey, which is open until 15 February.
