About the Author
Guy was a British Airways pilot from 1972 until 2006. In addition to his front line role, he was one of the pioneers in the introduction of human factors training into British Airways. He has presented human factors training courses to the Merchant Navy, the electrical generating industry and the National Air Traffic Service.
Since 2001 Guy has taken his knowledge and understanding of human factors training into the Healthcare arena. He has been instrumental in designing and presenting courses at the Royal College of Surgeons and many major NHS hospitals including Great Ormond Street and the John Radcliffe in conjunction with Oxford University.
