Have you used NHS Community Mental Health Services at least twice in the last year? Are you 18 years or older? Or are you a family member or friend and have supported someone who has accessed community mental health services recently?
Picker, an independent health and social care research charity, has been commissioned by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), to develop a new questionnaire to understand and improve service user experiences of community mental health services in England. They need some help testing the new questionnaire to make sure it is clear and easy to understand by mental health service users.
