DESCRIPTION:\n	The publication of the New Patient Safety Incident Respon
	se Framework in August 2022 has shifted the focus towards identifying and 
	investigating patient safety incidents and events that have the greatest p
	otential to lead to learning and improvement. This conference focuses on p
	atient safety learning – maximising learning and improvement from patien
	t safety insight and events. The conference will support you to identify i
	ncidents and insight that has the greatest potential for improvement and u
	se a range of system-based approaches for learning from patient safety inc
	idents. The conference will also update delegates on the new Learn from pa
	tient safety events (LFPSE) service and how local incident reporting will 
	adapt to this new system. The roles and competencies of the Learning Respo
	nse Lead\, and the practicalities of involving and engaging with patients 
	to deliver continuous improvement will also be discussed. Finally the conf
	erence will share examples of Safety Actions &amp\; After Action Reviews w
	hich is recommended under the new framework. \n\n\n\n	This conference wil

	prove the learning from Patient Safety Insight and Events.\n	\n	\n		Update

	ment.\n	\n	\n		Understand behaviours\, decisions and actions that allow co
	ntinuous learning and improvement.\n	\n	\n		Develop practical approaches t
	o better aligning the work of patient safety and quality improvement teams
	.\n	\n	\n		Understand how to work with staff to ensure a focus on learning
	 and continuous improvement.\n	\n	\n		Develop your skills in Leading Patie
	nt Safety Improvement and techniques for ensuring a system-based approach 
	to learning.\n	\n	\n		Identify key strategies for delivering Safety Action
	s &amp\; After Action Reviews: Delivering\, accountability and monitoring.
	\n	\n	\n		Supports CPD professional development and acts as revalidation e
	vidence. This course provides 5 hours training for CPD subject to peer gro
