	ated at the start of the pandemic\, the scale of the workforce crisis in h

	leaders.  Collaborative and inclusive leadership is key to successfully d
	elivering good-quality care\, as underlined by the recommendations from th
	e Messenger Review.  \n\n\n\n	Bringing our humanity to the workplace ca
	n mean different things to different people\, but a greater focus on devel
	oping relationships in teams and the practice of collaborative\, inclusive
	 and compassionate leadership will be critical in supporting people throug
