	(PSIRF) introduction webinar on 5 September 2022\, this is the first in a

	f webinars every two months.\n\n\n\n	About PSIRF\n\n\n\n	The Patient Safet
	y Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) was published in August 2022\, setti
	ng out the NHS’s approach to developing and maintaining effective system
	s and processes for responding to patient safety incidents for the purpose
	 of learning and improving patient safety. Organisations are expected to t
	ransition to PSIRF within 12 months of its publication\, and transition sh
	ould be completed by Autumn 2023. PSIRF preparation is broken down into si
	x phases to ease transition and provide detail around discrete activities 
	that will set strong foundations for implementing the framework.\n\n\n\n	R
