DESCRIPTION:\n	This Westminster conference will discuss the next steps f
	or addressing rising clinical negligence costs in the NHS.\n\n\n\n	It will
	 be an opportunity to examine the future direction for reform\, following 
	the government consultation on lower value clinical negligence claims.\n\n
	\n\n	Sessions focus on the way forward for learning from mistakes and liti
	gation\, improving patient safety\, and supporting healthcare staff involv
	ed in clinical negligence claims.\n\n\n\n	Delegates will also examine opti
	ons for streamlining the processing of claims\, international best practic
	e\, and the potential for moving towards a no-fault system proposed by the
