	o discuss their roles in ensuring medication safety and reducing medicati
	on-related harm through strengthening systems and practices of medication 
	use\, making the process of medication safer and free from harm and galva
	nizing action on the challenge by calling on all stakeholders to prioritiz
	e medication safety and address unsafe practices and system weaknesses.\n\
	n\n\n	The objectives of World Patient Safety Day 2022 by WHO are -\n\n\n\n
		\n		RAISE global awareness of the high burden of medication-related harm 
	due to medication errors and unsafe practices\, and ADVOCATE urgent action
	 to improve medication safety. \n	\n	\n		ENGAGE key stakeholders and part
	ners in the efforts to prevent medication errors and reduce medication-rel
