DESCRIPTION:\n	This one day masterclass is part of a series of masterc
	lasses focusing on how to use Human Factors in your workplace.\n\n\n\n	Lea
	dership in the NHS is the responsibility of all staff. Understanding human
	 factors will allow healthcare to enhance performance\, culture and organi
	sation.\n\n\n\n	These masterclasses have been re-designed in line with the
	 new Patient Safety Syllabus. We will look at why things go wrong and how 
	to implement change to prevent it from happening\n\n	again or mitigate the
	 risks.\n\n\n\n	This masterclass will focus on risk and behaviour to impro
	ve patient safety.\n\n\n\n	Key learning objectives:\n\n\n\n	\n		evaluating
	 risk\n	\n	\n		using mapping techniques\n	\n	\n		safety interventions\n	\n
		\n		behaviour\n	\n	\n		assessing safety culture\n	\n\n\n\n	The course is
