	e Francis Report showed that the NHS had stopped listening to the needs of
	 its users. Patient experience is still an underutilised tool in the armou
	ry of a healthcare organisation and commissioners.\n\n\n\n	The toolkit use
	s the priorities of the Francis Report to improve patient experience and
