DESCRIPTION:\n	The Royal College of Midwives education and research conf
	erence 2022 - Ensuring every voice is heard: promoting inclusivity in edu
	cation\, research and midwifery care \n\n\n\n	This exciting annual confer
	ence is aimed at all those involved or interested in midwifery education a
	nd research and the overall theme is promoting inclusivity in research and
	 education.\n\n\n\n	The conference is free for RCM members and £75 plus 
	an admin fee for non-RCM members.\n\n\n\n	The objectives of the conferenc
	e are to:\n\n\n\n	\n		Give a platform to midwifery researchers and educato
	rs to highlight their work and spread understanding of their findings and 
	of good practice\n	\n	\n		Provide an opportunity for midwifery researchers
	 and educators\, those aspiring to be researchers and educators and others
	 working in the maternity field to build their professional networks\n	\n	
	\n		Enable those attending to learn about the latest evidence and innovati
	ons in midwifery education and research\, particularly in relation to prom
	oting inclusivity and reducing inequalities in midwifery education\, resea
	rch and practice.\n	\n\n\n\n	The conference has shared plenary sessions wh
	ich include both education and research and breakout parallel sessions tha
	t focus on either education or research.\n\n\n\n	The conference will have 
	both invited speakers and those who have submitted an abstract that has be
	en accepted for presentation. There will also be panel discussions for aud
	ience Q&amp\;As and practical workshops on literature searching and writi
	ng for publication.\n\n\n\n	Overall conference themes\n\n\n\n	\n		The cont
	ribution of midwifery education and research to reducing inequalities and 
	improving inclusion in maternity care\,\n	\n	\n		Hearing lesser heard voic
	es to improve education\, research and practice\,\n	\n	\n		Embedding the f
	uture midwife standards in education\, research and practice\n	\n	\n		Supp
	orting the mental health of midwives\, maternity staff\, educators\, stude
